Fresh Apple Cider

If you’ve just picked up apple cider or made your own, this is the dessert to use it in. This recipe will use up some of that fresh cider and make seasonal party treats at the same time.

These blondies fit right in at Halloween parties, apple-picking weekends, pumpkin patch visits, or even school bake sales.

What Are Blondies?

Blondies are a type of dessert bar similar to brownies but made without cocoa powder or melted chocolate in the base. Instead, they’re flavored with brown sugar and butter, which gives them a rich, caramel-like taste and a chewy texture. They often include add-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or white chocolate, making them versatile and easy to adapt.
