Wait, Can I Really Use Bisquick Like This?
Yes, you can. Besides biscuits you can use bisquick for other recipes like these cookies. Bisquick works here as a shortcut blend of flour, fat, and leavening, without extra measuring. If you’re out of eggs and butter and still want to bake cookies this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients For These Bisquick Cookies
These ingredients are simple and designed to work together without much prep. Sweetened condensed milk adds sweetness and helps bind the dough, while Bisquick replaces several traditional baking components.
And yes these cookies are made without eggs or butter as noted above.
- sweetened condensed milk
- creamy peanut butter
- bisquick
- vanilla extract
- granulated sugar
- hershey kisses

How To Change It Up
You can swap in different flavors of chocolate kisses to change the flavor without changing the base recipe. Dark chocolate, caramel filled, or seasonal varieties all work well.
You can also try rolling the dough in coarse sugar for a slightly different finish.

How To Store These Cookies
Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for several days. They stay soft and hold their shape well.
For longer storage, you can freeze them and thaw as many as you need. The best way to freeze them is to lay them out on a baking sheet and freeze them. Once frozen slide them into a resealable container and store in the freezer.
