Bisquick Peanut Butter Blossoms

A shortcut cookie that still delivers that classic peanut butter and chocolate combo everyone loves.

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses candies unwrapped
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl beat the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth
Add the vanilla and Bisquick and mix until well combined
If the dough becomes too thick switch to a spatula and continue mixing until fully incorporated
Scoop the dough using a 1 1/2 inch scoop and roll into balls
Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar
Place on the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey Kiss into each cookie
Let cool before serving
- Press the chocolate into the cookies while they are still warm so it sticks properly
- Cookies will firm up as they cool
