What You Need For Mini Meatloaves

Generally, the ingredients are pretty much the same for a big meatloaf, but these do have cheese in them, so don’t let that throw you!

  • milk
  • chopped onions
  • rolled oats
  • cheese
  • eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • beef
  • ketchup
  • brown sugar
  • mustard

Change It Up!

You can mix the ground beef with ground turkey or ground chicken to lighten it up. If you just use chicken or turkey you may have a bit of a soggy mess on your hands, so be careful mixing meats.

To glaze these little loaves you can use the suggested glaze or use your own favorite glaze. If you don’t have a favorite glaze feel free to use the base recipe here and add your own touch. You could add smoke season or spicy sriracha to make the glaze more personalized.
