Sore Muscle Rub
After a hard day’s work, you might have some muscle aches and pains. If you’re anything like us, then you will definitely have aches and pains. So many aches and pains. Anyway, I digress. You can easily make your own sore muscle rub on those aching muscles.

Why make your own when you can just buy it?
Oh so many reasons!
- Customization: You can choose to use any combination of the essential oils or carrier oils you like. Do some oils bother you? Swap them out!
- Natural ingredients: Choose the natural or organic ingredients that suit your lifestyle.
- Cost-effective: Picking organic or natural products can be costly; buying plain beeswax and carrier oils in bulk can be cost-effective, especially if you plan to make several batches of salves.
- Learning: It’s fun to try new things. And there is joy in making things you’re going to use in your home.
- Making: Being competent in making salves to use or give to family members is a form of therapeutic relaxation.

Curious about Oils?
NO! I’m not selling essential oils. And I don’t this website ever will sell oils. I am sure everyone knows someone selling oils. Choose your favorite brand, mlm or hippie store, it’s your choice. And read up on the aromatherapy oils in my comprehensive guide to oil.
And I have another article on carrier oils. These are the oils mixed with the beeswax that help make salves soft and easy to apply. Beeswax is not good for just rubbing on skin, it doesn’t spread well
