Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

Using the bread machine is one of the easiest ways to get homemade cinnamon rolls on the table without turning destroying the kitchen with a full blown baking project. They’re a great option for lazy weekends or holiday mornings when you want something warm without extra work.

Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls bake up soft and tender full of a warm spicy cinnamon filling. The centers are fluffy while the edges turn lightly golden.

Using a bread machine takes most of the effort out of making dough. You add the ingredients, press a button, and come back when it is ready. That makes this recipe easy to repeat whenever you want fresh baked rolls.

Ingredients For Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

These ingredient list includes both regular flour and bread flour. Using both flours help give the rolls structure while keeping them tender. If you only have all-purpose flour you can just use that as well.

Why Bother Using A Bread machine?

I know I know making bread by hand is easy but there are good reasons to use a bread machine if you have one.

  • Hands off mixing and kneading with no guesswork
  • Consistent results without needing to watch the dough
  • Less mess compared to mixing by hand
  • Great way to use a tool you already own
  • Frees up time while the dough develops properly

Don’t Have a Bread Machine?

I got my bread machine through a facebook buy nothing group. It’s one of my greatest finds! Check thrift stores or your local “buy nothing” groups for bread machines people no longer want or need.

You can still use this recipe if you don’t have a bread machine! Just use a stand mixer with a dough hook, then transfer the dough to an oiled bowl to rise.

Or make it all by hand be sure to allow extra time for kneading and rising.

Store leftovers

Keep cinnamon rolls covered at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

If you like you can warm them slightly before serving to bring back the soft texture. They can also be frozen and reheated later.
