Place all dough ingredients into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
Select the dough setting and start the machine
butter a 9x13 baking dish and set aside
Once the dough cycle is complete remove the dough and divide into two portions
Roll one portion into a rectangle about 12 by 16 inches
Brush with half of the melted butter
In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon
Sprinkle half of the mixture over the dough
Roll the dough tightly from the short side
cut into 8 slices
Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish
Repeat the process with the remaining dough
Cover the baking pan with plastic wrap or a dishtowel and allow the rolls to rise again for about 30 minutes
Remove the plastic wrap from the pan
meanwhile preheat the oven to 350°F
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
Meanwhile in a small bowl mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
Drizzle over warm rolls
