Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup banana mashed
  • 1/3 cup sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl beat the butter and brown sugar together for about 2 minutes
