Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lion's Mane mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter salted or unsalted
  • sea salt or kosher salt

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a cast-iron skillet until it melts

  • Clean the Lion’s Mane mushrooms by wiping off any dirt and trimming tough chunks from the bottom

  • Slice the mushrooms into slabs or steaks, or tear them apart if preferred

  • Add the cleaned mushrooms to the skillet once the butter has melted
  • Fry them on one side until browned, about 4-6 minutes
