Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals stirring between each session until melted
Add small circles of chocolate to the parchment lined sheet
Arrange 2 to 3 pecan halves on top of each chocolate circle
Warm the dulce de leche for about 30 seconds until slightly softened then drop a small spoonful over the pecans
Cover each cluster with more melted chocolate and add sprinkles
Allow the candy to set at room temperature for about 1 hour or chill to speed it up BUT be aware that chilling can cause white dusty bloom on chocolates
