Lemonade Cookies

These lemonade cookies are fresh, bright, and perfect for summer. They bring a fun, tangy twist to classic cookies and stand out at garden parties, bake sales, or potlucks. Soft with a slight citrus kick, they’re as pretty as they are delicious!

Every bite of a lemonade cookie is soft, buttery, and full of citrus flavor, thanks to real lemonade concentrate. The lemonade concentrate is in the cookies AND on top of the cookies so you know they’re lemony through and through.

They look simple but offer a fresh, zippy taste that keeps people coming back for more. And they’ll definitely be asking you for the recipe, so be prepared!

These cookies are perfect for warm-weather get-togethers, potlucks, family reunions, bake sales, or any time you want to offer something different. Their bright flavor and eye-catching glaze make them a hit wherever you serve them.

But they’re not JUST for summertime, they taste great in the winter too. They would make a refreshing addition to any Christmas Cookie Platters.

What You Need To Make Lemonade Cookies

It’s best to pick up all the ingredients before you start. Once you’ve got them at home, you can make these cookies anytime.

Change Things Up!

Use pink lemonade concentrate instead of yellow. To give these a pink lemonade twist, simply swap in pink lemonade concentrate for a colorful, fun variation. You can also add a bit of pink food coloring to boost the color if you like. These look so pretty when they’re pink!

After dipping them in the lemonade concentrate, sprinkle them with a pinch of colored sugar. Use pink or yellow for fun lemonade colors, or use any fun summery sprinkles you happen to find.

You could even grate a little fresh lemon zest on top of each of the cookies after dipping them in the glaze. It will take your cookies to a whole new level.

To Store Leftovers

Keep any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, pop them in the freezer with parchment between layers.
